Amarone - 'Ca Bertoldi' - Recchia - Veneto - Italy

Made from the 75% Corvina, 20% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella grapes from a small precious vineyard in Jago.

A perfect balance between its full body and the roundness of its taste. Ageing 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 48 months in French oak barrels and 18 months in bottle.

Deep ruby red, with intense, fruity, spicy and ethereal nose, and a full-bodied, harmonic, smooth and rounded palate.

Excellent with roasts, grilled meats, game and cheese. It can also be drunk on its own, in order to appreciate its pleasant complexity.
