An English sparkling wine made in the traditional method from a blend of Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Regner, Reichensteiner, Schonburger and Seyval Blanc. This exceptional Brut has biscuity undertones and a lively citrus fruit finish which is perfect for entertaining. Sir Kenelm Digby, original owner of Sherborne Castle, is himself steeped in the history of champagne as he invented the stronger glass wine bottle to withstand sparkling wine pressure back in the 17th Century.
