Cabernet Franc - Mazzolada
Created from the same grape variety, which is grown on clayey-calcareous soils of the Lizon-Pramaggiore region near Venice. The wine is light and fragrant. After harvesting, the berries are pressed, followed by fermentation with the selected yeast at a controlled temperature. To achieve the desired colour, maceration takes place at a temperature of 25-28 ° C for 8-10 days.
The rich aroma reveals the shades of dark berries and herbs, light notes of spices and tobacco. A soft, rounded taste with velvety tannins and refreshing berry acidity.
Perfect with all meat dishes, especially suited to poultry, game, roasted or grilled red meat.
