The Chablis of the South!

One of the Languedoc’s oldest varieties. Terret is prized for its ability to hold onto its acidity, in the heat of a Mediterranean summer. Historically, it has been a variety used as a blending component, to provide tension and to create a wine that is more sculpted and fluid.

Grown in the eyeline of the sea, this Terret Blanc has a saline edge which, adds further interest to its clean citrus profile. These characteristics make it the perfect foil to the mussels and oysters, that are grown below the vineyards in the Etang de Thau. The saltwater lagoon that stretches from Marseillan in the east, to Sète in the west. This prized lagoon, provides the shellfish for the locals and tourists, in this sunny corner of France. Even if the sun is not shining on you, as you open a bottle of Tête-à-Tête; you are sure to feel its presence in this elegant accompaniment to the summer.
