This is the white wine made by famous ex French rugby international Sebastien Chabal (aka Seabass!) out of the brilliant Cellier des Chartreux near Avignon.

A viognier, marsanne, and roussane blend, the nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity as well as fleshiness. It reveals notes of peach and tangerine zest associated with small touches of quince, hints of white fruits and an imperceptible hint of white flowers. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a beautiful acid frame, suavity, dynamism, a small freshness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy mandarin and small notes of clementine zests associated with small touches of mirabelle plum, flowers, as well as a hint of bitterness on the finish. Good length.
